Which welding program
is right for me?
If you are not sure which
program is right for you,
then you should ask our
School Administrator to
talk with you about the
advantages of each program.
Students who intend to
apply for financial aid
should select a career-level
program of study, either
the Welder fitter program--
900 hrs or the Combination
welding program--740 hrs).
Financial aid is based on
an academic year of 900
hours and/or 30 weeks. All
courses less than 900 hours
are prorated.
It is important to note
that the two shorter courses
of study for beginners ARE
NOT eligible for financial
aid. (Practical shop welding--
600 hrs and the General
shop welding- 500 hrs).
